Shaanxi Zhengxin Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd. was founded in June 2022. It is a joint venture between Zhengxin Electric Power (Shaanxi Company) and Datang Electric Power (Shaanxi Company). The company is located in Dingbian County, Yulin City, covering an area of 200 acres with a total investment of 600 million yuan. Zhengxin Aluminum Industry is a high-tech enterprise integrating aluminum product research and development, production, and sales, with more than 150 employees.

The company has a highly qualified professional R&D team that constantly explores new technologies and processes, committed to improving product performance and quality. In terms of production process, advanced extrusion equipment and technology are adopted to ensure that the accuracy of aluminum products is controlled within a very small error range. At the same time, efficient and accurate production is achieved through automated cutting, drilling, surface treatment and other processes, achieving an annual output of 60000 tons and a production value of 1.5 billion yuan.

The main equipment currently includes 6 1800 ton extrusion production lines, 1 30000 ton oxidation production line, 2 fully automatic sandblasting lines, and 5 aluminum frame cutting production lines. Our company's solar aluminum frame is currently mainly sold to well-known photovoltaic module companies such as LONGi, Tianhe, and Chint in China, as well as countries such as India, Brazil, and Mexico. This year, in order to meet the needs of the domestic photovoltaic market development, we are currently building a production line with an annual output of 5 million sets of zinc aluminum magnesium frames and a steel frame production line with an annual output of 3 million sets.
